Brian Martin is a partner in the firm’s tax department.

He has recognised experience in transactional taxation. He advises French and international companies, investment funds and management on the tax structuring of their mergers and acquisitions, complex reorganisations and private equity transactions.

Brian has also developed expertise in real estate investment and transaction finance.

Prior to joining the firm as a partner, Brian Martin worked for over ten years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Gide Loyrette Nouel as Counsel in the tax team.

Brian has been recognised by Best Lawyers since 2021.
