Admitted to the Paris and New York State bars, Florent Descamps is an associate in our corporate practice.

He focuses on M&A, private equity and restructuring transactions.

He joined the firm in 2018 after three years within the M&A team of an international law firm in Paris.

Florent has recently worked with clients of the firm in their operations :
• LBO France in its acquisition of the Network II building located in Bagneux,
• Ze Way for of its €15 million fundraising campaign,
• The Zouari family for the acquisition of 43% of the capital of the Picard Surgelés Group,
• MMS – JRI – CIET in its acquisition of Naocom company.
