Louise Libaud

Louise Libaud has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2020, and specializes in corporate law.

She works with managers, shareholders and investment funds on venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as on acquisitions, disposals and restructuring.

 Experience

Before joining the firm, Louise worked for 4 years at VOLT Associés.

Educational background

Msc in Management with specialisation in Grande Ecole, EM Lyon Business School ;

Master 1 Business and Art History law, Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
