  Franck Sekri is active in the fields of Private Equity (LBO, Management Package), Venture Capital and Industrial M&A.

   

  In recent years, Franck Sekri has been involved in a large number of transactions on behalf of investment funds, listed and unlisted industrial groups, and management teams.

   

  He is also involved in litigation in the event of a shareholder conflict or the implementation of a liability guarantee.
