SVZ ADVISES SQWAD IN ITS €3M FUNDRAISING

Olivier Legrand, partner in the M&A-Private Equity department, and Sophie Gilbert, associate, accompany Sqwad in its €3 million fundraising in order to accelerate its development in Europe.

Sqwad is raising €3 million from Spanish fund Samaipata to develop an alternative for DNVBs (Digital Native Vertical Brands) in the face of rising acquisition costs that have considerably complicated the growth of online brands.

The three founders of the startup decided to offer an application available on Shopify that allows startups in the sector to create partnerships with each other and diversify their acquisition channels.
