Legal News INCREASE IN SOCIAL SECURITY CEILING BY 6. 9%

The official social security bulletin has published the new social security ceiling which will come into force on 1 January next.

After three years of stability, this ceiling will be revalued by 6.9% to €3,666 monthly and €43,992 annual (PASS).

️ In practice, this implies, in particular, the raising of certain bases for calculating social security contributions and taxes and, in particular, the calculation of the exemption thresholds for severance pay.
