Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s tax, employment, and corporate teams were involved in the drafting of the Vendor Due Diligence report. The M&A team has been retained to negotiate several letters of intent with potential buyers and to assist in the negotiation of the contractual agreements required to carry out the transaction, such as the share purchase agreement and shareholder’s agreement.
