Pierre-Emmanuel Chevalier is involved in all areas of mergers / acquisitions (M & A) and Private Equity (LBO, LMBO, OBO …) and Venture Capital in various sectors including real estate. He is also specialized in the structuring of joint ventures or commercial partnerships.

Pierre-Emmanuel Chevalier advises investment funds, industrial groups, both French and foreign, in the context of their acquisitions, disposals, restructurings or fundraising processes.

He recently advised Société Générale Capital Partenaires in the context of the LBO on the Staci group or the third LBO on the Babilou Group, the Habx company in the context of its fundraising with Idinvest and Xange, LBO France as part of transactions involving the acquisition of real estate assets by the White Stone funds, the US software company ASG Inc. in connection with the sale of its Atempo subsidiary or various industrial groups in connection with acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Pierre-Emmanuel Chevalier was a partner at Lefevre Pelletier & Associés and Gowling WLG (formerly Wragge & Co), where he participated in the creation of the Paris office.
