Our firm is looking for an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for its Tax Department.

Founded in 2004, Sekri Valentin Zerrouk (SVZ) currently has around forty lawyers, including twelve partners, and advises French and international clients. The practices covered are: corporate law – M&A, tax law, employment law, litigation, public business law, financing, real estate law and insolvency law. The firm has recently distinguished itself in high-stakes cases and has recognised expertise in transactional taxation, asset taxation and tax litigation.

Job description

The SVZ tax team is looking to strengthen its position by recruiting a mid-level associate specialising in tax law.

The team works mainly on corporate tax, transactional tax, wealth tax and tax litigation in France and internationally. The associate will be required to work on all of these matters.

Profile sought

An associate with 3 to 5 years’ experience in tax in a law firm, holding a CAPA, a postgraduate law degree in taxation, a Magistère, or a DJCE, preferably supplemented by a degree from a foreign university (US or UK) or a business school.

A very good level of legal English is essential.
