Shandong Ruyi Technology Group and KKR have announced the signature of an exclusivity agreement relating to the acquisition by Shandong Ruyi Group of a majority stake in SMPC. Sekri Valentin Zerrouk (Jérôme Assouline, Thomas Verdeil, Paul Feral-Schul) assisted the company’s founders. The founders were also represented by Hoche Société d’Avocats (Jean Luc Blein, Laurent Bensaid) and Edmond de Rothschild Corporate finance (Christian Ménard).
