Jérôme Assouline advises entrepreneurs, funds and groups of companies for their M&A transactions. He is particularly involved in the field of Private Equity.

Jérôme Assouline is also a specialist of private client issues and trusts and estates.

A member of the New York and Paris bars, Jérôme Assouline has acquired specific expertise in relation to Franco-American taxation and has gained an extensive knowledge of trust taxation. Jérôme Assouline assists many American families who own properties in France or reside in France.

Jérôme Assouline has also acquired an expertise in the field of real estate investment and tax litigation.
