Emmanuelle Vicidomini is the head of the firm’s Banking and Finance group. She has extensive experience advising on a wide range of complex operations, including leveraged financing, acquisition financing (senior and subordinated debt), bond financing (high yield, unitranche and mezzanine), syndicated financing, real estate financing, and debt restructuring.
Ms. Vicidomini has advised companies (both listed and unlisted), investment funds, and financial institutions, both at the national and international level.
She advised on the merger between Banijay group and Zodiak Media group and the acquisition by Vivendi of a minority stake in the newly formed group, the acquisition of the French glassmaker Saverglass by the US investment fund Carlyle, the acquisition of Groupe Moniteur by Infopro Digital, the acquisition of Sapient Corporation by Publicis, the tender offer launched by CNIM for Soluni, and the acquisition of Flammarion by Gallimard. She also has extensive experience as an advisor to various financial institutions and borrowers in the context of real estate acquisitions and real estate debt refinancing.
Ms. Vicidomini has actively participated in numerous cross-border transactions, providing advice in both French and English.
Before joining the firm as a partner, Emmanuelle Vicidomini worked for over ten years at Shearman & Sterling LLP and then at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier AARPI, where she was named Counsel.
Ms. Vicidomini is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Ms. Vicidomini holds a Master 2 in European law from Robert Schumann III University in Strasbourg, an LLM in Corporate Law from the London School of Economics, and an LLM in Corporate Law from Robert Schumann III University in Strasbourg.
